Migrant Children's Project

The Migrant Children's Project aims to ensure that refugee, asylum seeking and migrant children are able to obtain the services and assistance to which they are legally entitled. We provide detailed advice on their rights and entitlements, and on the impact of immigration law on services to children. We also campaign to ensure that laws and policies defend their rights and extend the protections available to them.
